Predictions Week 13: Sep 9-11

Local Crime Story:
A student got robbed at knifepoint early Monday morning. Two thieves entered an unlocked door of the apartment at Gateway Village at WNEC. They demanded money then trashed the place. They also took the PS2 and XBox that were there. First a rape, and now this at little WNEC. Kinda scary, huh?

Weather Report for the Weekend:
Sunny Friday, storms Saturday, both days in the 80's. Sunday...more rain, but only up into the 70's. Lows all weekend around 60.

Death Commish's Prediction:
So there wasn't a lot going on over the long weekend, but there was some crime that just missed the time window. There was a shooting Thursday, and a whole bunch of robberies that stayed non-violent. Just a little gust of wind and that could have changed. I expect big things this weekend.

1 stabbing, 3 shootings, 1 fatality.

Week 12 Results: Sep 1-4

Long weekend, better results? Not really, but there was something at least. Just when I thought the holiday weekend would be blank, there was a robbery Monday night of a convenience store on Carew Street. During the robbery, shots were fired, but no one was hit. I'm counting it. Just because the guy had bad aim, doesn't mean it's not a shooting.

Final Results:
0 stabbings, 1 shooting, 0 fatalities
